Q: What is your return policy?
A: All sales are final. No returns, exchanges or refunds on any merchandise. However, if your hard goods arrive to you damaged or compromised, please contact us at hello@theplantjunkie.ca within 3 days of receiving your order with proof of purchase and damage and we will arrange for replacement..

Q: Are your plants faux or real?
A: The Majority of the plants we sell and install are handpicked and real. However, we offer the option of using faux plants if the client prefers it and if the environment isn’t optimal for the use of real plants.
